WHAT IS BLUE OCEAN
Philosophy

According to Harvard Business Review, W. Chan Kim and Renée Mauborgne wrote one of the most influential articles of all times: “Blue Ocean Strategy.”
In the field of business, the Blue ocean represents a vast, unknown and uncontested space where you have the freedom to explore and create your own market. Likewise, in our life journeys, if we had the freedom to find our own place, focus our own strengths and competencies, the opportunities are endless.
Everyone has a different path and while the challenge is daunting, the potential rewards are worth the effort. Also, it’s important to recognize that it’s not easy to deal with mental health alone and asking for help is the first step. We at Blue Ocean Mental Health provide a safe place where we strive to embark on this venture with you and provide resources to help guide the journey.
The goal is to collaborate in a safe place to help you find your way, your stability, your happiness.
